and everyday safety through faith, practice, and conversation.
Hi, I'm Angie Flowers, follower of Jesus, wife, daughter, sister, aunt, friend, and Founder of Cactus Courage.
I believe courage grows one conversation, one choice, and one person at a time.
As a speaker, educator, and leadership trainer, I’m passionate about helping children, parents, and communities recognize their God-given value, grow in discernment, and make wise, courageous decisions in everyday life.
Through engaging speaking events, practical family resources, and personal safety education, I combine faith, research, and real-life experience to encourage people of all ages to notice what matters, build healthy relationships, and live with confidence and purpose.
Whether I’m speaking at a women’s conference, partnering with a school or church, or creating resources for families, my mission is simple: to help people grow courage that lasts and create a legacy of faith, wisdom, and hope for the next generation.

The best conversations often happen on the drive home - not at the conference.
Angie's presentations help women see everyday life through the lens of faith, courage, and purpose. Every audience leaves with encouragement they can remember and practical ideas they can put into action.
Angie weaves her love of literacy into the many creative ways we learn and helps audiences make connections, think more deeply, and carry what they learn into everyday life.

Cactus Courage℠ helps parents raise prepared, discerning, courageous kids while strengthening family connections.
Through practical tools, meaningful conversations, and simple ways to practice real-life situations together, families build skills for digital discernment, personal safety, wise decision-making, and everyday courage.
With interactive, age-appropriate content, and curriculum resources highlighting literacy skills, Cactus Courage℠ helps children practice how to notice, think, and make wise choices in real-life situations.
Topics can include personal safety, boundaries, digital discernment, situational awareness, character, and courage - presented in ways kids can understand, remember, and use.
Cactus Courage℠ offers engaging programs for children, parents, families, and community groups that turn important conversations into practical action.
Faith-based programs can incorporate scripture and biblical truth while building courage, discernment, personal safety, and stronger family connections.
Courage doesn’t grow in one conversation - it grows through everyday moments.
Cactus Courage℠ is a growing collection of practical, faith-based resources designed to help families build discernment, confidence, and stronger communication.
Through Walk, Talk & Wonder adventures, Digital Discernment guides, family conversation starters, and real-life scenarios, children learn to think wisely, notice what’s happening around them, and make courageous choices.
Parents don’t need more fear. Kids don’t need lectures. Families need conversations.
Whether you’re a parent, educator, church leader, or homeschool family, you’ll find practical tools that encourage meaningful conversations, strengthen trust, and help prepare children for everyday life.
Cactus Courage℠ also strengthens literacy, comprehension, and critical thinking by helping children make connections, recognize patterns, ask thoughtful questions, and think beyond the words on a page.
As children learn to understand what they read, hear, see, and experience, they also grow in discernment, wisdom, communication, courage, and safer decision-making. (Activities support key English Language Arts standards)
